About Shellz India IPO
Shellz India Limited is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of a diverse range of confectionery products in India, supported by a portfolio of over 250 SKUs. Its product offerings span multiple categories, including chocolate-based products, jellies, baked treats, and other confectionery formats, catering to a wide consumer base.
In addition to its consumer products business, the company is also involved in the manufacturing and supply of food and bakery ingredients, serving customers across urban, semi-urban, and rural markets through an extensive distribution network.
The company markets its products under two primary brands: “Hugs” and “Tosca”. The flagship Hugs brand is positioned in the mass segment and includes offerings across baked products, chocolate confectionery, jellies, and sugar confectionery. As of September 30, 2025, the company’s products are distributed through a network of over 200 super stockists and are available across kirana outlets in approximately 24 states.
The Tosca brand is positioned in the mass-premium segment, targeting urban consumers with differentiated products, formats, and packaging at relatively higher price points.
In addition to its branded business, Shellz India Limited undertakes private label manufacturing for third-party clients, further diversifying its revenue streams. The company also has a growing international presence, exporting its products to markets in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Europe (including Spain).
These diversified business channels—comprising branded sales, private label manufacturing, and exports—enable the company to maintain a broad customer base and strengthen its presence across multiple product categories and geographies.
