It is part of the Prestige Group, promoted by Prestige Estates Projects Limited (PEPL), a real estate developer with 38 years of experience and a market cap of ₹729.66 billion as of December 31, 2024.

PEPL operates across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail sectors. The company's portfolio includes Operating, Ongoing, and Upcoming Hospitality Assets. As of December 31, 2024, the portfolio comprises:

  • Seven Operating Assets with 1,445 keys (including one under renovation with 190 keys)
