About Mother Nutri Foods IPO
Established in 2022, Mother Nutri Foods Limited operates as a B2B producer of peanut butter, offering a variety of over ten unique flavours and multiple product types to meet diverse market requirements.
The company promotes its peanut butter under the brand name “Spread & Eat”, which has gained traction in several overseas markets such as Libya and Dubai, and has recently entered Japan as well.
Beyond its in-house brand, Mother Nutri Foods also works extensively in the private-label segment, manufacturing peanut butter for various clients across India and abroad. These products are supplied to a wide network of supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains.
The company’s private-label partnerships span a broad international base, covering countries such as the UK, Canada, South Africa, Mauritius, Russia, British Virgin Islands, Spain, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Nepal, Bangladesh, the Philippines, Mexico, Kuwait, Israel, the USA, Oman, Kenya, Germany, and Portugal.
All production activities are carried out at its manufacturing plant in Mahuva, Bhavnagar, Gujarat. As of July 31, 2025, the organisation has a workforce of 41 employees, including the Directors.

- The Company is dependent on external suppliers for its major raw material, Peanuts. Any fluctuations in the price of our major raw materials could have an adverse effect on our business, results of operations and financial condition.
- Our company is yet to place orders for plant and machinery. Any delay in placing the orders, or procurement of such plant and machinery or in the event the vendors are not able to provide the plant and machinery in a timely manner, or at all, the same may result in time and cost over-runs.
- There can be no assurance that the Objects of the Issue will be achieved within the time frame anticipated or at all, or that the deployment of the Net Proceeds in the manner intended by us will result in any increase in the value of your investment. Further, the plan for deployment of the Net Proceeds has not been appraised by any bank or financial institution.
- Our net cash flows from operating activities have been negative in some years in the past. Any negative cash flow in the future may affect our liquidity and financial condition.
