About Milestone Gears IPO
Established in 1984, Milestone Gears Limited specializes in producing high-precision, complex transmission components that are used across a wide spectrum of industries, including tractors, construction machinery, electric vehicles (EVs), locomotives, wind energy systems, and other heavy-engineering segments.
The company supplies these components to both Indian and international original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and their group companies. It has built strong and enduring business relationships, reflected in an average association of more than 18 years with its top 10 customers, based on Fiscal 2025 revenue.
Milestone Gears manufactures a wide range of products such as bull gears, rear axles, spindles, internal ring gears, and bevel gears, serving diverse sectors like agriculture, construction equipment, EV mobility, locomotive engineering, and wind power. The company continues to broaden its product range to expand its market reach.
Between April 1, 2022, and June 30, 2025, Milestone Gears exported its products to ten countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Brazil, China, Hungary, and Malaysia.
The company operates nine manufacturing facilities across Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh, covering a built-up area of more than 398,000 sq. ft., situated on land exceeding 700,000 sq. ft..
As of June 30, 2025, Milestone Gears Limited employed 1,417 permanent staff members and 2,038 contractual workers.
