Established in 2004, ASPRI Spirits Limited is an integrated marketing, brand development, and distribution company for international alcoholic beverage brands in India and South Asia. The Company operates an asset-light business model, focusing on the import, marketing, promotion, and distribution of premium global alco-beverage brands, supported by strong regulatory compliance and localized brand-building capabilities.
Business Operations and Portfolio
ASPRI manages a diversified portfolio comprising 323 brands sourced from 89 suppliers across 36 countries, spanning multiple alco-beverage categories including whisky, vodka, gin, tequila, rum, brandy & cognac, liqueurs, wine, and beer. As of September 30, 2025, the Company’s portfolio included 835 stock keeping units (SKUs), positioning it among the largest alco-beverage importers in India by brand portfolio size. In Fiscal 2025, ASPRI also emerged as the largest importer of BIO wines by volume in India.
The Company holds exclusive import and distribution rights for several globally recognized brands such as Dalmore Single Malt Whisky, Zonin Wines, Evan Williams and Elijah Craig Bourbons, and Meukow Cognacs, enabling it to maintain differentiated offerings across premium and super-premium segments.
Distribution Network
ASPRI operates a pan-India distribution network covering 28 states and union territories, with reach across more than 17,000 retail and on-trade outlets. The Company serves over 1,800 customers, including state beverage corporations, luxury hotels, bars, restaurants, retail stores, and duty-free operators. Its logistics and compliance infrastructure is supported by four bonded warehouses located in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Gurugram, ensuring efficient supply chain management and regulatory adherence.
Supplier and Geographic Diversification
The Company benefits from a geographically diversified supplier base spanning Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Australia, which reduces sourcing concentration risks and enables access to a wide range of premium and niche brands across global markets.
Human Resources
As of September 30, 2025, ASPRI employed 287 personnel, including experienced professionals across sales, marketing, compliance, logistics, finance, and brand management functions, supporting its nationwide operations and growth strategy.
