About Access Point India IPO
Incorporated in 2020, Access Point India Limited is a pan-India integrated facility management service provider, offering end-to-end solutions to corporates across diverse sectors.
The Company acts as a single point of contact for facility management and project execution, ensuring seamless operations for clients.
Its business verticals include Integrated Facility Management and Turnkey Project Execution. Services cover repair and maintenance (electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, civil works, and emergency support), along with additional offerings such as air conditioning system installation and IT hardware support. The turnkey projects segment manages complete execution from design and planning to procurement, implementation, delivery, and handover.
The Company is headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with operations across 15 States and 4 Union Territories. Full-scale services are offered in 8 states, while repair and maintenance solutions are available nationwide.
Access Point India also operates a subsidiary, Veda Global Infratech Private Limited (incorporated in 2024), which focuses on retail interiors and commercial project execution, complementing the parent company’s offerings.
As of March 31, 2025, the Company employed 182 personnel, supported by long-term vendor arrangements for additional manpower.
