IPO Investor Categories

  • Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB)
    Institutions like banks, mutual funds, insurance companies, and other SEBI-registered entities fall under the QIB category. They typically invest large sums on behalf of clients or schemes.
  • Non-Institutional Investors (NII)
