Fractal Industries Limited is a full-service garment manufacturing and integrated supply chain solutions company catering to leading online fashion and e-commerce platforms in India, including Myntra, Ajio, and Flipkart. The Company specializes in the production of fast-moving, high-quality apparel designed for online marketplaces, with operations spanning multiple regions across India.
The Company operates across the entire apparel value chain, offering end-to-end services that include product design and development, raw material sourcing, in-house garment manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, inventory and return management, integrated order fulfillment, data analytics, multi-channel sales support, and order anomaly detection. Its vertically integrated operating model enables control over quality, lead times, and operational efficiency.
Fractal Industries operates under three primary business models. Under the outright sale model, the Company manufactures garments and sells them in bulk to e-commerce platforms, following which the platform assumes ownership of inventory and manages customer sales, warehousing, delivery, and returns. Under the Pure Play Marketplace (PPMP) model, the Company designs and manufactures apparel under marketplace-owned or private labels and manages forecasting, manufacturing, warehousing, and dispatch in accordance with platform-specific packaging and logistics requirements, with orders typically shipped within 48 hours.
In addition, the Company has entered the direct-to-consumer segment through the launch of its own apparel brand, “7ate9,” on May 26, 2025. Under this model, the Company sells directly to consumers via online marketplaces, retains ownership of inventory, and manages branding, pricing, order fulfillment, and customer service, enabling higher margin potential and direct consumer engagement.
Fractal Industries operates a manufacturing facility located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with a monthly production capacity exceeding 300,000 garments. The Company also maintains a strategically distributed warehousing network across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Haryana, West Bengal, and Karnataka, enabling efficient pan-India distribution, reduced delivery timelines, and optimized inventory management.
